Who we are looking for: Sorinex is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role is vital to keeping our production operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, solid problem-solving abilities, and a proven commitment to safety, quality, and reliability. We are looking for someone who can: Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Assist with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic repairs as needed. Troubleshoot and repair basic issues with production equipment and facility systems. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and proper tool handling. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Conduct daily inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues. Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and production teams to complete repairs efficiently. Respond quickly to emergency maintenance calls to minimize downtime. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers about maintenance needs and project status. Perform all other duties as assigned.
