Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to support a global ERP deployment. You will focus on Logistics, TMS, and Warehouse modules, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth design, implementation, and optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years as a Business Analyst on ERP projects, preferably D365 F&O.
  • Strong expertise in Logistics, TMS, and Warehouse modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, optimization, integration, and data migration.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • English required; French an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; configure and implement D365 F&O solutions.
  • Lead deployment and integration of Logistics, TMS, and Warehouse modules.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in customer service, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Manage stakeholders across supply chain, production, IT, finance, and operations.
  • Support data migration, testing, reporting, and user adoption.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and ensure compliance with best practices.
