OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency within the supply chain.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and transportation management.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, as well as freight handling.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Manage all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation management.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Oversee the procurement of supplies and materials necessary for warehouse operations.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Utilize forklift equipment safely for loading and unloading products as needed.
• Analyze operational processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of freight shipments and warehouse activities.
• Must be able to work in freezer temperatures (0 degrees Fahrenheit
• Drive Forklift. Both Sitdown and Standup
