Warehouse Manager – Full-Time

Capital Tiles & Flooring | Mitchell, Canberra

Capital Tiles & Flooring is a growing Canberra-based tiles and flooring business. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Full-Time Warehouse Manager to join our team in Mitchell.

This is a hands-on role managing the day-to-day warehouse operations while also supporting the presentation and organisation of our showroom.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing daily warehouse operations and stock movements
• Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock
• Picking and preparing customer and project orders
• Loading and unloading tiles, flooring and building materials
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory
• Preparing materials for deliveries and installation teams
• Coordinating customer collections and deliveries
• Maintaining and organising showroom displays and product samples
• Assisting with showroom display changes and product presentation
• Ensuring the showroom and warehouse are clean, tidy and professionally presented
• Checking samples and displays for damage or missing items
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure products and samples are available when required
• Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient work environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in warehouse operations, preferably in tiles, flooring, building materials or a similar industry
• Highly organised and reliable
• Physically fit and comfortable handling heavy products
• Confident working independently and taking ownership
• Well-presented and professional
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and presentation
• A good communicator and team player
• Proactive and willing to get hands-on
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

A current forklift licence & HR License will be highly regarded.
