Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, and system-based warehouse management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using SAP and other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and be capable of leading annual inventory processes, managing inbound/outbound logistics, and ensuring efficient movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP and other Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Proven experience in annual inventory planning, execution, and reconciliation.
  • Solid understanding of material movement, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
  • Familiar with health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge in using these programs: SAP, WMS software, Microsoft Excel, barcode scanners, inventory tracking tools.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ras Al Khor: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Warehouse Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Utilize SAP and other WMS platforms to track inventory, shipments, and stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks, including leading year-end inventory processes.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with business needs.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage for maximum space utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Generate regular inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices in warehouse management.
