Description Motivates self and others to accomplish objectives. Must demonstrate good follow-up and multitasking skills Evaluates the effectiveness of and recommends alternatives for work methods, procedures, controls, and staffing to achieve accurate and timely movement and processing of the product. Develop supervisor leadership through mentoring, coaching and training. Carries out responsibilities and duties in accordance with the organizations' policies procedures. Maintain timely communication and follow-up with department heads. Responsible for 3 shifts, 24 hours 7 days a week. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred 5 years of warehouse experience Must have prior experience in a large-scale warehouse environment with a workforce of 350 or more employees.
