Description

Description We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead to help run the day-to-day flow of our operation. This is a small but critical warehouse environment supporting a fast-paced automotive refinishing and logistics operation. This role reports directly to operations leadership. Owning organization, inventory accuracy, workflow, and accountability across the building. You’ll work heavily in RF-SMART and NetSuite-driven workflows while coordinating with production, route teams, and operations leadership. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leading daily warehouse operations and setting the tone for organization and accountability Maintaining accurate inventory using RF-SMART handheld scanners and system transactions Receiving, labeling, stocking, pulling, and staging materials and wheels Managing warehouse flow to support production and route schedules Identifying inventory discrepancies and solving root-cause issues Keeping physical inventory aligned with system inventory Supporting cycle counts and inventory audits Coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and transfers Maintaining clean, organized, safe warehouse conditions Training and directing warehouse team members as the operation grows Acting as the point person for warehouse-related operational issues Requirements What We’re Looking For Prior warehouse leadership or lead experience Experience with RF-SMART, barcode scanning, or WMS systems strongly preferred Comfortable using inventory systems and technology daily Strong organizational and problem-solving skills High accountability and follow-through Ability to prioritize and operate independently without constant supervision Forklift experience preferred Automotive, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus This Role Is a Good Fit If You: Take ownership because it matters, not because someone's watching.
