POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the team organization, the management and control of the warehouse, and the inventory accuracy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned) * Manage the warehouse team in respect to safety protocols and regulations * Manage inbound team from receiving to put away * Manage outbound team for production and customer delivery on time and accurately * Manage the a larger items team * Ensure Cycle Counts are performed * Organize Returns to Stock (RTS) of the unused material * Analyze all Non-Cconformance Reports (NCR) related to Warehouse and optimize / improve process as needed * Respect the Company standards for cleanliness, in and out of the warehouse * Release reports Create and Execute actions to achieve agreed KPI’s for warehouse and Key Pperformance Indicators (KPI) related to warehouse, * Present KPI and other activities to Executive Management monthly. * Performance evaluations and disciplinary actions QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
