POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehouse and 3PL management combined with in-depth knowledge of JAFZA regulations. This role requires overseeing inventory control, team leadership, safety compliance, and client coordination to ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant warehouse functions that support our business goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in managing warehouse and 3PL operations within the UAE or any Middle East countries.
  • Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Any related professional certifications are a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies: Expertise in all aspects of logistics and 3PL operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulations and processes within Jafza.
  • Proven experience in handling Jafza portal, and other relevant government/free zone platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Languages: Ability to communicate fluently in more than one language (e.g. English and Arabic).
