Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our new Austin, Texas warehouse. This role is responsible for managing storage and handling of customer-owned goods and new product, supporting distribution activities, and ensuring safe, efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including staff supervision, receiving shipments, inventory control, and facility upkeep. Hire, coach, and develop warehouse team members; ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment. Manage warehouse finances, including labor allocation, job costing, and invoicing. Schedule and coordinate deliveries, shipments (LTL, FTL, FedEx), and vendor services for dumpsters and compactors. Maintain accurate inventory through monthly cycle counts, audits, and reporting. Ensure all products are properly received and tracked in SnapTracker. Negotiate and manage maintenance contracts for facility and grounds. Train and certify employees on forklift operation; maintain material handling equipment. Support installation teams, project managers, and sales with product location and asset management. Uphold OSHA and company safety standards; complete safety audits as required. Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: 5+ years of furniture installation, furniture handling, or product storage experience. 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience. Certified forklift operator and trainer. OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 within 90 days). Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SnapTracker. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Why Join Turnkey?
