Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize supply chain processes, and lead a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in various ERP and warehouse management systems. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of implementing process improvements, managing inventory, and ensuring safety compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred to facilitate communication across diverse teams. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in maintaining efficient warehouse distribution, overseeing order fulfillment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management and performance evaluations
  • Oversee inventory control, order picking, packaging, and shipping processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage warehouse distribution operations using ERP systems such as SAP, AS400, and warehouse management systems
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize logistics, purchasing, and 3PL partnerships
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety standards
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and data analysis tools for reporting and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations; oversee heavy lifting procedures and forklift operations
  • Maintain organizational standards for packaging, order processing, and inventory accuracy
  • Facilitate communication between departments to support e-commerce operations and customer service excellence
  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse procedures and implement continuous improvement strategies

Experience

  • Proven supervisory or team management experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse distribution, and logistics operations
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AS400; familiarity with warehouse management systems is essential
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis skills, and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience operating forklifts; certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable for effective communication across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate cross-departmental activities

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
