This is a full-time day shift role (typically 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday) with an immediate start available.

Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to meet ongoing work rights requirements.

The Role

This position is ideal for someone ready to step up and take ownership of a growing warehouse function.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while building team capability and supporting the next stage of business growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll lead from the front while also thinking ahead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support warehouse staff
  • Oversee receiving, picking, packing and dispatch operations
  • Maintain strong inventory control and stock accuracy
  • Improve workflow and warehouse organisation
  • Monitor and improve order accuracy and dispatch performance
  • Coordinate freight and supplier deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, safe and compliant workplace
  • Assist in developing processes and procedures as the business grows.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone practical, organised and solutions-focused.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment
  • Confidence leading a small team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes
  • A current forklift license.

Experience in automotive or wholesale distribution is highly regarded.

What We Offer

  • A stable, full-time leadership role
  • Opportunity to grow with the business
  • Supportive team environment
  • The ability to make a real impact on how the warehouse operates
  • Competitive remuneration based on experience.

If you are ready to take the next step in your warehouse career and be part of a growing business, we would like to hear from you.

Apply now by sending your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
