We're a leading supplier of bathroom and kitchen fixtures, stocking 30+ premium brands across tapware, sanitaryware and tiles. From our Milperra showroom and warehouse we serve trade professionals and homeowners alike, and demand is growing. We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to keep our operations running smoothly as we scale.

The Role

You'll own everything that happens in our warehouse, from receiving supplier deliveries to getting orders out the door accurately and on time. You'll lead the warehouse operations, keep stock levels and records accurate, and work closely with our showroom and online store to make sure every customer gets what they ordered, when they were promised it.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Operate a forklift to load, unload and move stock safely
• Maintain accurate inventory in Cin7, including stock counts, adjustments and reconciliations
• Coordinate inbound deliveries with suppliers and outbound deliveries with couriers and freight providers
• Handle heavy and fragile stock (tiles, sanitaryware, tapware) safely to minimise breakages
• Fulfil showroom, trade and online (Shopify) orders accurately and on time
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with WHS requirements
• Identify and drive improvements in layout, processes and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• A current forklift licence (LF) is essential
• Proven experience managing a warehouse, ideally in building materials, tiles, bathroom or similar products
• Strong inventory management skills and attention to detail
• Experience leading a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Cin7 or a similar inventory system (highly regarded)
• Solid understanding of WHS practices
• Organised, reliable and a clear communicator who can work closely with sales and showroom staff

Hours: Full-time, on-site in Milperra, NSW. Monday – Friday.
