Description Rick's Ranchwear is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Kissimmee, FL location. This location supports eight retail locations This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Warehouse. Responsibilities include Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Accuracy. This position is also responsible for leading and developing the staff. Additional responsibilities include meeting and maintaining safety standards, as well as production and service standards. This position is a working manager position. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Occasional Saturday mornings when needed Requirements Essential Responsibilities Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and load pulling Supervise warehouse team members and ensure productivity and accuracy Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy and compliance Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requests for replacement. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and attendance tracking. Physical Requirements (Lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift) Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. Ability to freely access all areas of the warehouse. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the warehouse. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the warehouse generally weighing 0-75 pounds. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates Essential Qualifications: Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 3 years of warehouse/distribution management experience (required) Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and make decisions independently Current Fork Lift Certification (must show proof) Minimum OSHA-30 10 hour certification, or willingness to complete certification within 30 days Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English Strong written and verbal communications required Ability to asses' situations and make decisions quickly Basic Computer Skills
