Due to current, as well as projected growth, HosePower is looking for a self-motivated, action-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our Operations Team. At this branch we produce hydraulic hose assemblies at our counter and provide “On-Site” Mobile service hydraulic hose assembly replacement. In addition, we cover a wide range of industries and industrial hoses. Our typical customers are involved in food processing, tank truck haulers, aggregate, material handling, equipment rental, waste, and construction. Responsibilities: Direct oversight of shipping/receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations Implementing operational policies and procedures Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment Ensuring the safety of staff Management of stock counts and inventory levels Scheduling of all incoming and outgoing orders to ensure customer deadlines and satisfaction Maintaining of a safe and clean work environment, free of hazards and debris Oversight of Front Counter and associated sales, inventory and stock levels Qualifications 3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the Industrial/Hydraulic Hose industry Intermediate to Advance in MS Office, with a willingness to learn new software programs Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Experience in an industrial or manufacturing distribution setting Ability to work with a wide variety of people and personalities Experience successfully leading or managing a team
