Join our Team Now @ Bright.com/Careers Warehouse Manager: The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations for Bright Event Rentals’ Dallas location. This role is responsible for leading warehouse teams, maintaining inventory and equipment readiness, and ensuring operations support event timelines across the region. The Warehouse Manager works closely with Operations leadership to drive efficiency, safety, and consistent execution in a high-volume environment. Job Responsibilities: Lead daily warehouse operations to support events throughout the DFW market. Manage, coach, and develop warehouse team members to meet performance and safety standards. Ensure rental equipment is organized, maintained, and ready to meet delivery schedules. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse and yard environment. Enforce company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures. Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll accuracy for warehouse staff. Partner with Operations leadership to support event production timelines and peak demand periods. Address team performance issues, safety concerns, and policy violations as needed. Monitor inventory levels, equipment condition, and operational reporting. Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency during busy seasons. Qualifications for Warehouse Manager: Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics, or operations teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable. Experience managing priorities in a market with changing schedules and tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Comfortable using basic computer systems, including Outlook and Excel. Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours during peak event periods. Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access all areas of the warehouse and yard. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred for the DFW market.
