We’re recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced distribution site in Brisbane.

This is a hands-on leadership role where operational standards, team performance and safety sit squarely with you. This is not a caretaker role.

We’re looking for someone who runs a disciplined, structured warehouse and takes pride in accuracy, accountability and service delivery.

You’ll be managing inbound, dispatch, drivers, returns and inventory while building a team culture that is productive, safe and performance-focused.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Leading warehouse staff across receiving, dispatch and delivery
• Driving productivity, attendance and performance standards
• Ensuring accurate inbound processing and stock control
• On-time, error-free dispatch and freight coordination
• Oversight of drivers, fleet compliance and delivery standards
• Returns processing and warranty flow management
• Inventory accuracy and cycle count discipline
• Maintaining a clean, organised and audit-ready site
• WHS leadership, incident response and safety compliance
• Clear reporting on operational performance

• Proven experience running a warehouse or distribution centre
• Strong people leadership, not just task supervision
• Confidence holding teams accountable to standards
• High attention to stock accuracy and process discipline
