Description Bungalow is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize all warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations within a fast-paced retail furniture environment. This role is responsible for building structure, improving efficiency, and ensuring product flows seamlessly from receiving to warehouse to showroom floor. You will lead warehouse organization and logistics while also working hands-on with the team to receive shipments, move furniture, and support daily operations. This is a leadership role that requires both operational oversight and physical execution. Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Logistics Oversee all receiving, processing, storage, and movement of inventory Manage inventory flow from delivery to warehouse to showroom floor Coordinate vendor deliveries, transfers, and customer pickups Ensure accuracy in inventory handling, tagging, and organization Organization & Process Improvement Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Develop and implement systems to improve workflow and productivity Establish and uphold best practices for storage and handling Team Leadership Lead and manage warehouse staff with clear expectations and accountability Train team members on processes, safety, and efficiency Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Showroom Support Assist with floor moves, furniture placement, and merchandising Hang artwork, mirrors, and wall décor with precision Partner with sales and visual teams to maintain showroom standards Hands-On Execution Unload shipments and move furniture daily Organize and maintain inventory alongside the team Support all warehouse functions as needed — this is a physical role Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with employer match Employee discount Supportive, team-oriented work environment Requirements Qualifications Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory operations Prior experience leading or managing a team preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain efficient systems and workflows Experience moving furniture or handling large items preferred Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Positive attitude and team-first mindset Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move 70+ lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and reach throughout the day Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment daily Additional Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong time management and organizational skills Maintains cleanliness and organization standards Acts with integrity and respect toward team members
