Job Description 1. Operations Management: As the primary person responsible for the warehouse, organize and supervise the processes of receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping goods to ensure that operations meet standards and timeliness requirements. 2. Personnel Management: Responsible for warehouse staff scheduling, training, performance tracking, and team building to improve employee stability and execution. 3. Safety and Compliance: Implement safe operating procedures to ensure the warehouse complies with relevant regulations such as labor laws, fire safety, and hygiene. 4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintain good communication with departments such as purchasing, customer service, and transportation, coordinate resources, and solve operational problems. 5. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report operational data, analyze problems, and propose improvement suggestions. Job Requirements 1. Experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, familiar with the local labor culture and warehousing processes. 2. Team management skills, able to motivate employees and handle unexpected situations on-site. 3. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Excel, and other tools. 4. Cross-cultural communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in multilingual and multicultural environments. 5. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Chinese, English, and the local language. 6. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to handle peak season pressure, such as a surge in orders during promotional events.
