JOB SUMMARY:

Calcmatics is seeking a Warehouse Manager (Project Manager) is responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing all warehouse operations at the ANSC. This position ensures accurate order processing, efficient logistics support, and comprehensive warehouse support while maintaining compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • US Citizen and ability to pass NACI/FBI fingerprint check
  • Minimum of 15 years of warehouse management and logistics experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong background in order processing, shipping, and logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse warehouse teams in a federal support environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, material handling equipment, and shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain clearance if required.s
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all ANSC warehouse operations, including order processing, shipping, logistics, and supply chain support.
  • Oversee inventory control, material handling, packaging, labeling, and shipping activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Government policies, warehouse safety standards, and PWS requirements.
  • Develop schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate the performance of warehouse personnel.
  • Coordinate with Government representatives for reporting, audits, and inspections.
  • Ensure effective property accountability and accurate reconciliation of supply records.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to optimize warehouse efficiency.
