SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a senior warehouse role.
• Strong understanding of stock control, picking accuracy, and warehouse systems.
• Experience with vehicle preparation, racking, and tool management is desirable.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Good IT skills (Excel and stock management systems).
• Full UK driving licence for occasional material deliveries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all warehouse operations, stock control, and preparation of company vans for our engineering teams. This role will ensure the warehouse is efficiently managed, stocked, and organised, supporting both in-house installation teams and our sub-contractor network.
