Warehouse Manager

An experienced warehouse manager with great people skills and team management skills to lead a growing warehouse for a fantastic business.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Experience of working within a high-volume warehouse environment.
• The ability to lead and engage a team.
• Strong communications skills in order to build strong relationship with key stakeholders both inside and outside of the business,
• An understanding of using quality principles, continuous improvement and other associated tools and techniques.
• Computer literate being fully conversant in MS Excel.
• Commitment to learning and development of the team and yourself.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Managing and maintaining stock accuracy within the warehouse.
• Generating reports and following up for any stock discrepancies and picking errors.
• Aiming to continuously improve the warehouses productivity.
• Creating a safe working environment for all warehouse operatives within the warehouse.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with people at all levels across the business.
