Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Our multi-user retail and consumer operation based in DIRFT, Crick, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Warehouse Manager who will provide leadership, operational and customer service excellence across the site ensuring we meet and exceed all KPI and service level agreements not only for CEVA but our customers on site.
This role will see you working the PM Shift, Monday to Thursday 4pm-12am and Friday 2pm-10pm.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the site Contract Manager, you will lead a team of seven direct reports, circa 70 indirect reports, plus agency resource where you will implement strategies to form a team that creates, sustains, and embeds a culture of employee engagement and high performance. You will maintain an excellent partnership with the client, driving operational activities to achieve daily performance goals whilst promoting and implementing a health and safety culture on site.
You will provide management control through effective planning, organization, and communication to ensure all KPI targets and customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standards are achieved.
You will drive performance improvements reviewing processes and reporting mechanisms and identify, evaluate, and implement continuous improvement projects in collaboration with internal teams ensuring all activities remain within quality and budgetary targets.
