WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the setup and day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all logistics and supply chain functions are carried out efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, including experience with warehouse management systems, supply chain management, and materials management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the warehouse and shipping operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and machinery, including forklifts.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems.
  • Analyze demand planning and procurement processes to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Utilize the ERP systems to track inventory, monitor performance, and streamline processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse budgets and financial performance, including profit and loss statements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans for the warehouse operation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or accredited GED
  • Experience in warehouse management, including experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management and materials management principles.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze demand planning and procurement processes.
  • Experience with distribution center operations.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and practices.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop plans to drive business results.
  • Experience with systems and software related to logistics and supply chain management.
