Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and export shipments from supplier dispatch to final delivery.
- Coordinate sea, air and road freight with suppliers, freight forwarders and transporters.
- Handle shipping and trade documents including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin and Customs documents.
- Coordinate customs clearance, import/export procedures and required permits.
- Monitor shipment schedules, ETD, ETA and delivery status and resolve delays proactively.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, procurement, sales and finance teams.
- Review and apply Incoterms and coordinate freight, insurance and delivery responsibilities.
- Obtain and compare freight quotations and monitor logistics-related costs.
- Maintain accurate shipment trackers, documentation and records.
- Handle urgent/time-sensitive shipments and provide regular status updates to management.
- Ensure all shipments comply with company policies, trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Shipping or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Trading, Energy, Oilfield Services or Industrial Trading.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, import/export, customs clearance and Incoterms.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers.
- Good understanding of commercial and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for an experienced Shipment & Logistics Executive with 4+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Trading, Energy, Oilfield Services, or a related industry.
The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end domestic and international shipments, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines and customers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods.
