Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Manager plays a crucial leadership role in overseeing our VIC state warehouse. This involves developing and implementing efficient operational models that enhance the customer experience and ensure we consistently deliver on our commitments. The success of the VIC Warehouse is integral to the overall performance of the Distribution Channel, strengthening Beaumont Tiles’ competitive edge in the market.

This role is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Lead & develop a high-performing team, including a Warehouse 2IC and Warehouse Team MembersFoster a safety-first culture, ensuring 100% compliance with safety standards
• Oversee warehouse DIFOT (Delivery In-Full On-Time) performance and operational efficiency
• Manage P&L, stock integrity, and warehouse capacity planning
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and national warehouse standards
• Develop and maintain strong communication channels for seamless operations
• Utilise WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and technology to enhance performance
