JOB PROFILE:

We are seeking an organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, and optimizing the efficiency of warehouse processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to company policies.
• Schedule and manage daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and meet delivery deadlines.
• Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and records.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and streamline processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the warehouse.
• Provides leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counselling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development.
