ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse operations. From people leadership to inventory accuracy and freight flow, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions have a direct impact on performance and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve KPIs
  • Oversee all inbound/outbound freight and stock control
  • Ensure health & safety standards are championed and met
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and performance measures
  • Build strong relationships with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams
