Your main responsibilities may include managing inbound and outbound warehouse operations. These may include:

• Managing a team of warehouse staff for B2C and B2B order fulfillment
• Responsible for compliance with specific guidelines for large retail B2B order fulfillment
• Responsible for accuracy and speed in ensuring the fulfillment of thousands of daily eCommerce orders
• Managing a team of warehouse staff for facilitating inbound operations: receiving, inspecting and putting away product
• Responsible for delivering against KPIs - financial and operational
• Diligent documentation of activities to ensure accurate billing of warehouse activities
• Professionally communicate with internal teams on the status of warehouse operations

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:

• University Degree
• Shipping, eCommerce, Warehouse or Logistics business experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, NetSuite or other WMS is preferred
• Ability to manage teams of 10+ individuals to ensure high employee productivity and utilization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
