We’re a busy catering & event rentals company seeking an organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager to keep our operations running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Good computer skills (Excel, email).
• Clear communicator; works well in a team and independently.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or event operations preferred.
• Have drivers license and be able to do some deliveries in the Montreal area.
  Pay: $24–$26/hour, based on experience.

Work Location: In perso

• Sort and prepare finished food orders for delivery to the correct jobs (order preparation, delivery coordination).
• Manage a fleet of 3 trucks and drivers (fleet management, logistics).
• Oversee rental inventory (decor, equipment) – prepare for events, track returns, arrange cleaning/repairs (inventory control, event equipment management).
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse (warehouse operations).
• Use Excel and email to manage schedules, stock, and communication (Microsoft Office, administration).
