As our Warehouse Shift Manager, you will support the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives throughout your shift.
• Ensure picking, packing, goods in and goods out operations run efficiently and meet daily targets.
• Monitor productivity and maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service.
• Promote and enforce Health & Safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all colleagues.
• Train, coach and develop new and existing team members.
• Assist with stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Report operational issues and support continuous process improvements.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and high standards across the warehouse.
