Description

KEY DELIVERABLES:

1)* *Fulfilment of Customer Order (OTIF) :

  • Defining clear road map for improving the existing OTIF
  • Manage orders picking, packing, dispatching and delivery arrangements (all website + other sales channels orders)
  • Recording in Zoho returned Items from B2C, On-line, Pop-Up Shop and Hotels Project and placing them on allocated shelves

2) **Recording in Zoho returned Items from B2C, On-line, Pop-Up Shop and Hotels Project and placing them on allocated shelves Inventory Management:

  • Managing the salvaging operations.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments on inventory management.

3) **Receiving, Dispatch, Returns & Fleet Management:

  • Manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, packing, invoicing, etc activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn
  • Dispatch to be aligned to the OTIF levels defined as per customer requirements
  • Ensure dispatch and logistics process is followed properly including invoicing, packing, sale returns, DN (delivery notes) delivery, system update etc

4) **Shipment and Freight Forwarder

  • Shipment documentation (from LPO to final payment from vendor: local and import)
  • Freight Forwarder Coordination (selection, award, follow up until shipment arrival
  • On arrival, check goods as per LPO and QC check-up (dotted line to WH team to ensure correct GRN report).
  • Forwarding any claims for damaged goods to vendors within 5 working days (cc: Accounts for generating Debit Note after finalization).

5) **Zoho One operation

  • New Product created (SKU, Cost, complete specs). *photos by MKT team
  • Vendor Bill created (on receiving goods) and allocated to payment(s).
  • Stock allocation (web, shop, hotels) incl. replenishment (Transfer Orders)
  • Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Credit Notes in Shopify and Zoho
  • Check MANA reconciliation
  • Delivery Note tracking

6)* *Continuous Improvement:

  • Lay out Continuous Improvement Program
  • Drive Efficiencies in Cost
  • Maintaining and improving the Quality Index

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
