The Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse, yard and furniture assembly operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys using data, systems and continuous improvement techniques to drive performance.

• Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering a safe, efficient and cost-effective operation, ensuring stock accuracy, operational performance and exceptional customer service. You'll lead a team of Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives across multiple shifts while working closely with Customer Operations, Transport and Inventory teams to deliver outstanding results.
