Salary: $68,640 - $83,000 / year
Other Forms of Compensation: Yearly Bonus Incentive
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 2pm - 11pm

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead and coordinate all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of warehouse supervisory or related experience.
  • Warehouse, facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Able to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Union experience is preferred.
  • Digital literacy and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains inventory, product distribution, and turnover.
  • Ensures quality, cleanliness, merchandising, customer service and company policies & programs are maintained.
  • Analyzes and modifies service frequencies to enhance operational efficiency and sales, while preserving customer satisfaction.
  • Plans and adjusts the warehouse staffing structure to improve efficiency, manage employee schedules, and ensure adequate labor coverage daily.
