Description Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range $67,500 - $85,000 (based on experience) 1Vision is a growing commercial printing and promotional products company focused on delivering accuracy, speed, and quality to our clients. We handle a variety of projects including eCommerce fulfillment, pick and pack, kitting, and promotional products and print distribution. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our team and optimize our fulfillment operations. · Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping · Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure high performance and accuracy · Maintain and improve fulfillment workflows for efficiency and accuracy · Monitor order processing, shipping timelines, and customer delivery standards · Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors · Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order turnaround time, and fulfillment errors · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment · Collaborate with internal teams on custom kitting and print-related projects · Support process improvements, system updates, and automation initiatives Requirements · 3+ years of warehouse or fulfillment management experience · Strong background in pick and pack or order fulfillment operations · Experience using warehouse management or inventory software · Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills · Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail · Print or promotional product industry experience is a plus · Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Benefits: · Salary Range $67,500 - $85,000 (based on experience) · Health, dental, and vision insurance · Paid time off and holidays · Opportunities for career growth and advancement Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional overtime during peak periods Work Location: In person at 1Vision’s Jackson, MS Warehouse How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a short note describing your fulfillment and warehouse management experience.
