Job Description We are a leading garage door installation and service company dedicated to delivering quality products and outstanding customer service. We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and manage inventory to support our growing business. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and garage door components. Lead by example by being engaged in day to day physical activities. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies. Assist in implementing efficient inventory control procedures. Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Monitor equipment and arrange for repairs or maintenance when necessary. Prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and workflow. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a related field. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software. Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 75 lbs). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain training is a plus.
