WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage stock, streamline processes, and lead a small team to ensure our products reach customers quickly and accurately.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach).
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms (e.g. Cin7 Core, NetSuite, SAP).
• Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methods.

• Running the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Setting up and managing warehouse locations/bin systems.
• Overseeing stock movements using barcode scanners and inventory systems.
• Coordinating with couriers such as DPD and pallet networks for deliveries and collections.
• Leading, motivating, and developing a small warehouse team.
• Ensuring accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and despatch of goods.
• Monitoring stock levels, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate system records.
• Driving warehouse efficiency and process improvements.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
