JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring compliance with aviation industry standards, and leading initiatives that improve operational efficiency, quality control, and cost-effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in optimizing logistics processes, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting business growth by aligning operational strategy with organizational goals

SKILLS REQUIRED/PREFERRED

Experience: 5+ years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management roles.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field (preferred).
Characteristics: Go getter and leadership abilities

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:

· Familiarity with WMS and inventory tracking systems.
· Understanding of lean warehousing and 5S methodology.
· Exposure to ERP tools and digital warehouse solutions.
· Prior experience in aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) logistics.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

· Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
· In-depth understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
· High attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of industry safety, quality, and compliance standards.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
· Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
