The Warehouse Manager plays a key leadership role in maintaining inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and safety compliance while collaborating closely with purchasing, sales, delivery, and showroom teams. Requirements Minimum Requirements · High school diploma, GED, or equivalent · Minimum of 5 years of experience managing warehouse operations, safety, and processes · Basic computer proficiency, including ERP systems, inventory software, and email · Product and application knowledge related to warehouse or distribution operations Preferred Experience · Experience in wholesale distribution or supply chain operations · Familiarity with plumbing, irrigation, or construction-related inventory · Strong communication and leadership skills · Experience supporting sales teams or customer-facing environments · Proven ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting · Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented leadership style
