Description Job Summary Ice Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations for a manufacturing operation with a product bottling focus. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities while supporting manufacturing, material flow, and outbound distribution to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in manufacturing support (preferably with a product bottling focus), inventory control, and logistics coordination, with the ability to manage people, processes, and systems in a fast-paced operational setting, that is on pace for rapid and continuous growth. Key Responsibilities Manage all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping Support manufacturing operations by ensuring timely material availability, efficient staging, and accurate movement of goods Coordinate inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods shipments Work with carriers, freight providers, and 3PL (Third Party Logistics) partners as needed Monitor shipment schedules, dock activity, and transportation performance; resolve delays and discrepancies Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis Oversee material flow, FIFO (First In, First Out) practices, and traceability as required Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflows to support production and distribution demands Supervise, train, schedule, and develop warehouse staff at all levels Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards, including OSHA and company policies Support transportation planning including load coordination and dock scheduling Track, analyze, and report key operational KPIs related to productivity, inventory, service levels, and logistics costs Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, purchasing, production planning, quality, and customer service teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and service reliability Utilize WMS, ERP, and shipping systems to manage operations and reporting Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or Business preferred 5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of inventory management, material flow, and distribution processes Experience managing warehouse teams in fast-paced, production-driven operations Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and transportation/shipping systems Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage priorities, escalate issues appropriately, and operate with a strong sense of urgency Preferred Skills & Experience Experience supporting bottling or packaging operations, including coordination of materials, finished goods staging, and production line replenishment (highly preferred) Familiarity with high-speed bottling or packaging environments, where inventory accuracy, throughput, and timing are critical to production efficiency Experience managing warehouse and logistics support for bottling lines, including raw materials, packaging components, and outbound finished goods flow Experience supporting general manufacturing or industrial operations, preferably in an organization with a bottling focus Exposure to Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives Experience coordinating LTL, FTL, and local carriers 3PL (Third Party Logistics) experience Understanding of freight costs, transportation metrics, and logistics budgeting Forklift certification and hands-on warehouse floor experience Experience operating in high-volume and high production with the expectation of world class quality and customer service Equal Opportunity Employer/AA/Vets/ADA
