Ironwear, a recognized leader in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry, is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of our warehousing processes, supervising staff, managing inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and possess excellent leadership skills to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Supervise and develop warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed. Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate timely order fulfillment. Prepare and maintain reports regarding warehouse activities and performance. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding warehouse operations. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a warehouse setting. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive efficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with warehouse management software and technology. Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as required. Additional Skills: Forklift certification preferred. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
