We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee and enhance our warehouse operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and team leadership, with the ability to implement strategies for operational efficiency and excellence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role in logistics or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost control.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely replenishment to meet business demands.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety among staff.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high operational standards.
• Analyze operational metrics and generate regular reports for management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Manage and maintain warehouse budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
