Essential Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of plumbing materials and equipment Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform routine cycle counts Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure timely material availability Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety Oversee ordering, vendor coordination, and material replenishment Ensure trucks and job materials are staged and prepared for next-day work Enforce safety standards and proper handling of tools and materials Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks as needed Maintain documentation, inventory systems, and tracking logs Monitor loss prevention and control material usage/waste Support emergency material needs for service calls Requirements Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management (trade industry preferred). Knowledge of plumbing parts, tools, and materials strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Leadership and communication abilities Computer proficiency (inventory systems, basic office software) Ability to lift heavy materials and work in warehouse conditions Forklift experience/certification Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Service Titan Experience a plus
