What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and staging equipment. Manage inbound and outbound freight, including LTL, FTL, parcel, and international shipments. Maintain accurate inventory, conduct audits, and ensure proper storage and documentation of all equipment. Supervise and train warehouse staff while enforcing safety protocols. Partner with our Franchise Headquarters and Warehouse team to improve processes and support growth. Who You Are 7+ years of warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain experience. Skilled in freight coordination and warehouse operations in high-volume or multi-site environments. Class II forklift certified (or ability to obtain). Strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Comfortable with inventory systems, WMS, and basic computer programs.
