THE JOB We’re hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager who’s excited to lead a team and continuously raise the bar on how we operate. You’ll coach and develop team fulfillment members through 1:1s, training, and collaboration, while enforcing accuracy and efficiency. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of people lead or management experience Warehouse experience preferred Calm, organized, and effective under pressure Motivated to make improvements - to your skillset and your team Proficient in Outlook and Excel Strong communication skills Ability to meet physical demands like standing and color recognition SCHEDULE Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Position is full time
