We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse, purchasing, and inventory operations — a key role that directly supports technician efficiency and job readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience in a warehouse management or coordinator role.
  • Knowledge of plumbing/HVAC industry or parts preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain and inventory management.
  • Forklift license and experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring that our warehouse and vehicle stock are optimized and organized. You’ll lead process improvements, manage warehouse staff, and collaborate closely with service, install, and dispatch teams to ensure materials are always ready — on time and on budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage all warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory, and staging.
  • Build and maintain processes for truck replenishment, material returns, and purchase orders.
  • Stage next-day installations and ensure all jobs are stocked with the right materials and equipment.
  • Oversee daily workflows and support warehouse team members to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts for both warehouse and vehicle stock.
  • Manage and track tool and vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring all assets are in top condition.
  • Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline internal processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and lead projects that increase team productivity.
