Your tasks:

• Personnel responsibility including personnel deployment planning and vacation planning
• Operational management of multiple teams
• Coordination of incoming goods
• Coordination of outgoing goods
• Goods receipt inspection
• Storage and retrieval of various goods
• Organization and execution of inventories
• Operating industrial trucks (reach trucks, narrow aisle forklifts, front forklifts, electric pallet trucks, hand pallet trucks)
• Determining and evaluating operational key performance indicators
• Recruitment of personnel: Co-packers / Temporary workers
• Monitoring and maintenance of warehouse equipment
• Continuous productivity improvement and active participation in lean management projects
