To support our team at the logistics center in Bergkirchen , we are looking for a Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately .

Job description

• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and employee management
• Ensuring smooth workflows while complying with applicable legal and company work and safety instructions.
• Ensuring error-free, on-time storage, warehousing and order picking
• Compliance with budget guidelines
• Control of the use of external service providers (Temporary Employment Act)
• Coordination and review of the annual inventory
• Supporting the operations manager in the annual budget and investment planning
• Administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Completed university studies and/or relevant vocational training with a focus on warehouse logistics
• Several years of professional experience in logistics and employee management
• sound process knowledge in warehouse logistics
• Experience in the fresh food delivery sector is desirable.
• Solid system knowledge in warehouse management or merchandise management systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Office products
• Problem-solving skills, communication skills, and decision-making ability
• A high degree of responsibility, flexibility, and team-oriented work.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
