Responsibilities Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites, including setting install and service prep areas. Verify counts and prices on shipments. Work with Operations Direct on inventory management system. Assist in product and material research for technicians. Set individual goals and KPI’s for all staff positions with warehouse responsibilities. Monitor staff performance to ensure that accuracy and safety goals are met. Conduct safety training for Warehouse for installers and service. Communicate clearly, show recognition and build rapport with employees. Shape company culture by living out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity. Requirements Proven track record in Warehouse Management and Operations. Five or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Can-do positive attitude. Willingness to take accountability and continuously strive for process improvements. Full Time Position Salary: $60K plus DOE
