Location: Brampton, Ontario. 100% On SitePosition Type: Full-time, PermanentVacancy Status: This is an active vacancyCompensation: $100,000 – $110,000 per yearShift : Days (8am - 5pm)

  • ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain warehouse processes that support quality and safety standards
  • Improve efficiency across all warehouse departments through strong workflow understanding and effective use of RF scanners.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, proper product receipt, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with the inventory team and management.
  • Provide clear instruction, training, and ongoing feedback to supervisors and associates to ensure safety, quality, and operational consistency.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse vehicles, equipment, and overall operational needs while identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
  • Support hiring, team development, and required workplace training in partnership with management and HR.


  • Minimum RequirementsAt least 3 years of work experience as a Warehouse Manager with a distribution company
  • Experience managing a team of materials handlers and a warehouse supervisor
  • Experience managing a team of at least 25 warehouse employees
  • Experience with RF Scanners
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada
